I recently spent a week at the Promenade, and it exceeded my high expectations in every possible way. The air conditioning was exceptionally effective, ensuring a comfortable retreat from the Bangkok heat, while the tea and coffee facilities in the room were thoughtfully arranged for convenience, making mornings so much more enjoyable. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's sweet attitude towards my elderly parents, as the staff went above and beyond to cater to their needs, ensuring their stay was both comfortable and hassle-free. The mini-bar was well-stocked, providing a great selection for late-night refreshments, and I couldn't help but appreciate the cleanliness and tidiness of our room, with free toiletries and a flat-screen TV adding to the overall experience. With its prime location and top-notch service, I wholeheartedly recommend the Promenade to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Bangkok.
